My name is Rachel Bisesto and I am a Vivid Color and Blonding specialist located in Pleasantville, NY in Westchester County. I have been behind the chair for 8 years, and I love every second of it. As an elder emo, I always was fascinated by alternative/punk culture and colorful hair. I treat hair as a science. These are chemicals, you have to know how they interact to make the service great. CANCELLATION POLICY
Of course I understand that life happens, but I please ask that any Cancellations and Reschedulings be made within 48 hours of appointment, or you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service cost. If you arrive at your appointment 15+ minutes late, you may be subjected to a $15 late fee.
